The Rhode Island Developmntal Disabilities Council presented the new Five Year State Plan, effective from Federal Fiscal Year 2012 through Federal Fiscal Year 2016, at a recent full council meeting. The State Plan contains goals and objectives for current areas of emphasis. Research that was used in the development of the plan is incuded in this document.
